Refund policy

ORDER CANCELLATION
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid for and you need to change or cancel it. The 'Cancel Order' button in your Fitaiim account or in your order confirmation email allows you to cancel your order within 15 minutes of placing it.

Once your order has been placed, we are sadly unable to cancel it for you.

Orders placed after 15 minutes cannot be cancelled since they are about to be picked up and packed at our warehouse. If the order has begun processing, we may not be able to give you a refund.


REFUNDS
We get it - sometimes something just doesn't work for you and you want to return or exchange it. As long as the item(s) are still in their original condition, you can return them within 7 days. Please see below for any exceptions to this rule:
  • If an item is marked as 'Final Sale', this item is non-returnable.
  • All Terry shorts can't be returned for hygiene reasons
  • All bottles are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
  • We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know, and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund as preferred.

In order to receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us unworn/unused and in the same condition and in the same plastic packaging; they don't need to be in the original box or bag. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn, or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund. All items are inspected on return.

Please retain any proof of return postage receipts, as we may need to view these as part of your return.

Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.

WE DO NOT ISSUE THE REFUND IF:

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., providing the wrong shipping address) 

You can submit refund requests within 7 days from the date you received the order. You can do it by clicking. [Return Request]

DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please specify the color/size/style you wish to receive in exchange. Exchanges can also only be made for a different size of the same item, not a completely different item. If the requested item(s) are available on receipt of your return, this will be dispatched promptly. The requested item must be of equal monetary value to the original item.  If the item is not in stock, a refund/credit note will be issued accordingly.
  • In any case, we cannot provide an exchange/refund for exchanged products. One order is only liable to be exchanged/refunded once.

WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND

This can depend on how long it takes your chosen returns courier to get the items back to us before being processed for a return at our warehouse.

  • We only offer refunds on the original payment method used to make the order.
  • Refunds will be actioned as soon as possible from the date we receive your order back to our warehouse. Please note that it can take up to an additional 7 days for your refund to appear in your account once processed.
